Privacy Policy
Effective October 28, 2026
This policy explains what information AI Search Sensor ("we", "us") handles when you visit aisearchsensor.com (the "Site"). The Site is a public, read-only page. It has no accounts, sign-up forms, comments or advertising.
Information we collect
Request data. When your browser loads the Site, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, receives standard request information: your IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request. Cloudflare uses this to deliver the page, protect the Site from abuse and produce aggregate traffic statistics. Cloudflare may also collect network error reports from your browser to diagnose delivery problems.
Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure page load times. Its script runs in your browser and reports the page visited, referrer, browser type, country and timing data. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not build a profile of you across sites.
Email. If you write to us, we receive your email address, the content of your message and anything you attach. Our mail is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure.
We do not ask for, and do not knowingly collect, any other personal information.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site does not set cookies and does not use local storage, tracking pixels or fingerprinting. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it needs to check a request for abuse. Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading the Site does not send requests to Google Fonts or other font services.
How we use information
- To serve the Site and keep it available and secure.
- To see how many people visit the Site and which pages load slowly.
- To read and reply to messages you send us.
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and in answering correspondence.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with Cloudflare as our hosting and email provider, and with authorities when the law requires it. Cloudflare's handling of data is described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Retention
Request logs are kept by Cloudflare under its own retention periods. We keep emails for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and delete them within 24 months of our last exchange unless we need them to meet a legal obligation.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its use, and to receive a copy. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights. To make a request, email contact@aisearchsensor.com. We will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
Cloudflare operates servers in many countries, so request data may be processed outside your country. Cloudflare relies on standard contractual clauses and other recognized safeguards for these transfers.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Links to other sites
The Site links to articles and release notes on other websites. Their privacy practices are their own; this policy does not cover them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
