These terms apply to your use of aisearchsensor.com (the "Site"), operated by AI Search Sensor ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What the Site provides

The Site publishes a daily volatility score for ChatGPT answers, related sub-metrics, and a list of dated ChatGPT changes with links to their sources. The Site is free and requires no account.

Estimates

Scores for dates before daily collection began are modeled estimates, not direct measurements. The dated ChatGPT changes are taken from public sources linked next to each entry.

No professional advice

Content on the Site is for general information. It is not marketing, financial, legal or other professional advice, and you should not make business decisions based only on it.

Acceptable use

You may view, link to and quote the Site. You agree not to:

• interfere with the Site or its hosting, including through automated requests at a rate that degrades service for others;
• try to gain unauthorized access to any system connected to the Site;
• present the Site's content as your own, or remove attribution when you republish it.

Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, scores and charts belong to AI Search Sensor. You may quote short excerpts and individual figures with a credit and a link to aisearchsensor.com. For other uses, ask us first.

ChatGPT and OpenAI are trademarks of OpenAI. Other product and company names belong to their owners. AI Search Sensor is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI or any company named on the Site.

Third-party links

The Site links to other websites for sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be available without interruption or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, AI Search Sensor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Because the Site is free, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to US$50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version takes effect when it is posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the updated terms.
